The Music Enrichment Program at Edmonton Public Schools lets students explore the study of music outside of their regular school schedule. In partnership with Argyll Centre, we are excited to offer students the opportunity to participate in Band at Argyll!

Students learn to play band instruments in an ensemble setting and receive instruction in wind, brass and percussion instruments, along with opportunities to perform their newfound talents.

Taught by a music educator specializing in school band instruction, all programming meets the requirements set out in the Alberta Learning curriculum for Music Education. High school credit can be awarded where applicable.

Band at Argyll is open to students in Grades 5-12. We welcome students who are home-educated, along with those attending traditional schools in the Edmonton area but who don’t have a band program at their school.
