In keeping with our mission statement, Argyll Centre strives to meet the needs of families whose children struggle with the regular curriculum.

Students are identified, monitored and supported through teacher and parent initiatives. An Individual Program Plan is created for students that meet Edmonton Public Schools’ coding eligibility criteria or upon teacher/parent request. Additionally, the Argyll Centre provides remedial support to those students who meet EPSB eligibility criteria.

Through diverse programming strategies, students are challenged to achieve at their individual levels. Depending on the severity and in consultation with parents and support services, adaptations and modifications are made to student programs.

Staff with Special Education training/experience are available for support and assessment assistance. Edmonton Student Health Initiative Partnership (ESHIP) services are available upon request.
